👤 Profile

Your profile holds your name, payday date, salary profile, and budget settings. This data is used across the app — for example, the Payday countdown and Payday view use your payday date.

What you’ll see

Name — Your display name
Payday date — Day of the month you get paid (e.g. 25th). Used by Payday view and Payday countdown widget.
Salary profile — Gross annual, payday, pension contribution, student loan plan. Used to calculate take-home pay and transfer amounts for joint households.
Budget settings — Default budget, category group ordering, and other budget preferences.
Onboarding preferences — Your motivations, household setup, and spending categories from the sign-up survey. Shown in a card; tap Update to change them in a dialog.
Demo mode — Toggle to scramble amounts and payee names on screen for screen shares or recordings. See General settings docs for limitations (display-only; not a security boundary).
Achievements — (If enabled) Badges earned for milestones like first budget, first transaction, etc.
