💰 Budget Page

The Budget page is the heart of Ledgend. It uses zero-based budgeting — every pound of income is assigned to a category, so you know exactly where your money goes. No pound is left unaccounted for.

The Budget page has four tabs. Switch between them using the tabs below the header. Use the sidebar to explore each view and feature in detail.

💡 Tips

• Start with the Month view — it’s the most flexible for setting up categories
• Use Copy budget to future months once you’re happy with your structure
• Check Budget Health regularly to catch overspending before the month ends
• Assign categories a Needs/Wants/Savings type in Settings → Budget to use the NWS view
• Assign leftover budget to a single savings category — it keeps you at zero and makes savings intentional
