👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Household

Household is where you manage your household members — yourself, your partner, and anyone else sharing the budget. Each member has a name, role, salary profile, and financial items (savings pots, etc.).

What you’ll see

• Member cards — Each person with income, tax summary, and financial items
• Add / edit members — Invite or update household members (owners only)
• Salary profile — Gross annual, payday date, pension, student loan
• Financial items — Savings pots, investments linked to each member

User roles

Each member has a role that controls what they can do:

• Owner — Full control: invite members, change roles, access Audit and Data export
• Editor — Can edit budget, transactions, and accounts; cannot manage members
• Viewer — Read-only; can see everything but cannot change anything

Tips

• Set up salary profiles for accurate take-home and payday views
• Add savings pots under each member for the Savings page
• Use Invite to add a partner — they’ll get their own login
